Trip Home in Feb 2008 (Penang Final)

*burped* Wow... morning came & itz bf time... instead of having it at the 巴刹, the entire (well not the children since they gotta go to sch) went to smwhere in the town centre for makan!! And they have kway chap!!!!!!! But Marpig didnt have tt bcos she is wary of hygiene... *squinting eyes*
1st Marpig ordered 鸳鸯 (kopi + tea) as well as smth kway diao with a delicacy (not every1 can take it though) tt one couldnt have it in Singapore anymore. Wat is it?
Itz~~~ coagulated pigz blood!!Marpig mentioned she didnt dare to have kway chap but she ate the above... well... she was scared but bcos she really misses it & one no longer can get it in Singapore, hence Marpig heck it!!Next is another brilliant dish!! Prawn noodles with chicken feet!! Oh man!! Heavenly!!

Sm1 else ordered kway chap (or more like kway diao with pigz offal) The meal was brilliant!! With a tummy tt almost burst, it just leisure car ride to Penang!!
Saw a dental surgery along the way named as above... wah... funny ths in the wrong place
The above is even more 离谱... "Famous aromatic duck" is ok... but "London style"?!?!? No~~!! Why would pple like to have London styled duck?! Gosh, obviously pple do not noe wat the ducks done London style are like...

Sigh... in another 2 more daes, it will be Sexy Ladyz bdae... as well as his wedding dae... he sent Marpig & colleagues the wedding invitation card via email... argh~ did gave him Marpigz blessings (truly umk!!) & in the well-wishes card tt colleagues gave him, Marpig wrote "Hope tt Marpig could have dim sum with Mr & Mrs XXX" OMG!!

Actually, cant really say tt Marpig loves him, just pity tt yet another SNAG is gone!! Duh. Hello!! Itz (not) raining man!!

Anyw, Penangz food is REALLY GOOD!! Penang Laksa!! This is authentic!! Therez sardines and onions and the soup is watery as opposed to the thick gravy with coconut!! Itz not the best though, the best is~
Penang Char Kway Diao!! OMG!! Itz so delicious, more delicious than any in Singapore!! Yes, Penang Char Kway Diao deserves 102% recognition!!Finally, the Msia trip comes to an end (all: yeah!!) Rounding up with farewell makan (again) and making 包 with one of the aunties. Every1 stuff all sorts of food for Marpig & Marpigz dad to bring on the coach as well as making sure we are full, etc etc... :) Really, itz a very heart-warming feeling... hmmm... wonder if Singaporeans now "have time" to care for others or not *shakes head*
