Ding agreed with Marpig tt the ending of DCJ is... inadequate... well, smth is missing but cant really put a finger on it... was watching the last episode again and maybe these are some of the reasons:
1) In American films according to one module in Arts in NUS (as revealed by a fren) the plot definitely will include romance tt includes kissing etc... so although we were touched by the love story btw 长今 and 文大人, they did no kissing at all but only holding hands and hugging...
2) Pple spent months (although Marpig spent a few daes) to fin the whole show... and becos of the plot, pple spent 90% of the time immersing in the sadness of the show but the truimph and happy parts are only in max 5 episodes... = 不过瘾
BIL and sis are back from hols... *shudders* pple are funny... when therez pple, they wish they are in solitude... when they are alone, they wish there are pple...

absolutely! Exactly. I dun feel happy enough w the short happy endin! so fast. my happiness haven overtaken all my grief. & it endd! but it's really terrfic oredi. By e simple fact tt we can watch it twice! i mean like who watches zhen jing twice rite?
