Marina South

Finally... managed to wake up early ard 650am for jogging with Marpigz dad at Marine South. Was looking 4wrd to the cool breeze, nice fresh air, birds chirping, trees swaying, playground and Marpigz fav swing.

But... am (cos Marpig still is) Marpig totally disappointed and sad!!

1) Marina City Park shrinked
2) No more Marpigz fav swing
3) No more playground
4) Alot of trees were cut/uprooted and move to don-noe-where
5) No trees = can see the heavy traffic flow along ECP = fumes and noise
5) Noise from heavy traffic flow = no more birds chirping
6) No trees = no breeze and air sux
7) Alot of paths gone = Marpig any-o-how jog until almost got lost
8) Ponds stinks and no more ducks!!
9) Ponds no longer clear where one can see the fishies

Sigh... was too sad to jog... so along the way just walk and sigh and walk and shake head.. itz like sm1 had taken away part of Marpigz memories... sigh...

Anyway, Marpigz dad decided to bring along 2 boomerangs tt he bought in 2002 when we went Aussie; a left-handed and a right-handed boomerangs.

So, a father and his daughter were trying to recall the way to throw the boomerangs... finally Marpig managed to throw, though it didnt u-turn 100% but 70% and smtimes 110% (overshoot) are considered not bad liao. So... next time, no more frishbee but boomerangs!!

Felt pretty healthy after jogging... but!! Went bf at maxwell market!! :P

Ate the Trishaw Noodles!! 60 cents a bowl only lor!! VERY VERY VERY NICE!! Shall take pictures and show next time!!

Marpigz mom used to bring little Marpig to eat this... ah~~~... the aunty still looks the same... the food taste great too... over 20 yrs... the price is still so low... amount the same... but... Marpigz mom is no longer here...

Ah~~~ 1 yr is not long actually... but many many things did changed... though memories stayed and wounds still hurts occasionally...

TTz the reason y Marpig always believes tt memories are the only priceless things tt remains when we r on our deathbeds...
