Addictions

Every1 has their own habits and addictions... think Marpig did have a bloggie entry which talked bout the 2... am still in the tedious process of archiving her bloggie entries bit by bit and she is still in Nov 2005... *faints*

Am drinking Chianti again while typing away... Marpig am really addicted to tea as well as red wines now... she is now more and more like ang moh; drinks so many cuppa tea at work, more than she would drink H2O in a dae!! Worse, whenever she goes grocery shopping, she will actually have the urge to get a bottle of red!! Of cos, itz just a glass every time, for enjoyment rather than for the sake of drinking. Hmm... thought red wines are gd for health and (hopefully) the tummy? Marpigz tummy isnt too well too and so is her appetite

Anyw, itz summer again where the sun doesnt sets until 10pm and wakes up at 4am!! Not tt Marpig didnt noe this bout herself but she is sm1 who sleeps little; she sleeps late and wakes up early automatically. Just like an old lady, she doesnt need alot of sleep... or more like, she cannot be like so many others who sleeps easily or sleeps the entire morning away

Recently, Marpig also realised her appetite is no longer as BEEG as Gluttony Fairy. No matter how hungry she is, she doesnt eat alot. Of course, she still takes ages to fin just a meal but dont think she can do a double whammy or even triple like she used to (surprise pple)

Hmm... also discovered she has sm 性格皱纹 on her forehead as well as a middle age dimple... OMG. EGA is catching up!! 怎么办?! *running ard like a 热窝上的蚂蚁*

Oh well, weather is getting milder and birds are singing... really need to get out & work away the bye-bye-flabby-arms as well as her BEEG arse due to sitting at her office chair for xxxtended hrs!! *boomf*

Marpig would grab her bicycle whenever she was free & goes xploring when she was back home. And now!! Marpig am gonna get a foldable bicycle & accessories (will costs bout 600 - 650 quid)!!

Ah~~ since when did she cultivate the habit of cycling and xploring whenever she is free?

*thinking* Oh!! When she was much younger, Marpigz dad bought a BMX. Cant rem who it really belongs to... but guess it belonged to Marpigz sis to begin with. But Marpigz sis always want smth but loses interest quickly. Anyw, story went on tt Marpigz dad bought another bicycle and one fine dae, decided to go cycling to Marina South (on the road) with Marpig!! (ttz 1 of the many reasons y the ol' Marina South meant so much to Marpig) As it was, Marpig always likes to go" 吃风" with Marpigz dad on the motorbike. Bicycles are fine too

And so, after the 1st time, Marpig had the courage (audacity) to cycle on the road. Hence, subsequently, she went cycling after dinner with Marpigz dad or whenever shez feeling blue or just plain 有空. She will 潇洒的 grab her bike (upgrades from BMX to her red bike which had now bcome defunct) and cycle to xplore Singapore!! Hmm... she had been, on her own, to *recalls* Bukit Purmei, Tiong Bahru, Telok Blangah, Queensway, Mount Faber, WTC, Sentosa, Marina South, Suntec, Esplanade, Bugis, Kallang, Orchard Rd, River Valley. Other places like ECP, Geylang, TP, Bedok were when she went night cycling with Dingko Nut. Kao. She must cycle tt stretch of road from ECP to Changi Airport!! Gosh. After 2 failed attempts last Dec, she must make it in Sept this time!!

Ah~ she really misses those time when she goes cycling on her own. Not only does it refreshes onez mind, it also allows Marpig to think & reflect, calm down (if she was feeling sad or wat) and also lift onez mood and spirit. Best was she could visit places and see anyth she wants :)

Think Marpig needs to cycle in the UK too. Getting a foldable bike (Shimano gears and breaks, ttz y so xpensive) bcos she stays on 1st floor flat and therez no space to keep a bicycle + with a foldable bike, she could bring it to London & cycle with Marpigz sis in the nearby park :D

Hmm... Marpigz sis will definitely (again) criticises Marpigz foldable bike for being small and doesnt travel fast (not really true bcos of gear ratio mah) as compared to her normal bike. BUT!! After a try, she will definitely change her mind and might even get 1 herself... just like she would for NDS!! Hahahahahaha
